Music Industry Suffers Another Lost – Mel Waiters

This week the music industry suffered another lost in the person of Mel Waiters.  A legend in his own right, born in San Antonio, Texas on June 25, 1956.  While young in age, he lived a full life and his purpose here on earth was complete.  He was well known for his songs, Hole in the Wall and Got my Whiskey.  He was also a DJ. In 1998 he won the prestigious Jackson Music Award.  Mel’s smooth vocals and soulful ballads will be with us forever.  And once again we say to one of our musical icons and legends Rest in Peace Mel.
